If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange. After this period, we will unfortunately be unable to process your request.
Returned or exchanged items must be in their original, unused condition.

Carefully pack the item you wish to return, making sure to include the invoice or any other document that includes your order number.
Ship the item to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
Upon receipt of the returned item, our team will inspect it. If it meets the return criteria, we will process the refund or exchange.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
